A high-profile tower needs a suitably luxurious lobby to greet visitors and occupants. KNAUF Ceiling Solutions Armstrong V-P500 Acoustical Baffles were used in the lobby area to create a dramatic visual. For the offices themselves, KNAUF Ceiling Solutions Armstrong Fine Fissured Hi-NRC and KNAUF Ceiling Solutions Armstrong Suprafine Suspension Tee Grid were used.
The strong lines of the KNAUF Ceiling Solutions Armstrong Metalworks V-P500 Acoustic Baffles in the lobby area effectively draw the eyes upwards, setting a grand tone for people entering the luxury office tower. The micro perforations in the panels also help to optimize acoustical performance. In the offices, KNAUF Ceiling Solutions Armstrong’s Fine Fissured Hi-NRC tiles were applied for Total Acoustics performance and design flexibility. Providing the ideal combination of sound absorption and sound blocking, with acoustical performance NRC up to 0.75, and CAC up to 35. These non-directional fissured ceiling tiles offer high light reflectance (85%), a good feature to have in any workspace. Located at KL’s new international business and financial district, the Tun Razak Exchange, Affin Bank’s new office tower needed solutions inspired by the building’s design and corporate motto, which is to strive to embellish simplicity and rationality with understated luxury and timeless design.

With their new headquarters in The MET – KL Metropolis’ Grade A stratified corporate office towers, they needed the right ceiling solutions to suit their new space.
